Welcome to 111 Archive. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of our products. By accessing this site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use this website.
1. Company Overview
111 Archive is a small, independently run fine jewellery brand based in Europe. All sales and communication are conducted exclusively online. The business is managed by a sole trader without a physical retail location.
2. Products
We curate and sell unique/beautiful/one-of-a-kind, or limited-availability rings. Each item is carefully described, and all photographs aim to represent the product as accurately as possible. Due to the nature of vintage or custom-crafted items, slight variations or imperfections may occur.
3. Pricing & VAT
All prices are listed in [EUR] and include VAT where applicable. If we are not VAT-registered, no VAT is charged or reclaimable. Full pricing, including shipping fees, is displayed before finalising your purchase.
4. Orders & Payment
Orders are processed securely through our payment provider. By submitting an order, you confirm that all billing information is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method provided. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud or misuse.
5. Shipping
We currently ship to select locations. Estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout. All packaging is handled with care and includes custom branding and documentation. Once dispatched, we are not responsible for delays or losses caused by third-party couriers, but we will do our best to support you in resolving any issues.
6. Right of Withdrawal & Returns
Under EU law, you have the right to withdraw from most online purchases within 14 days without giving a reason. However, this right does not apply to goods that are made to order, personalised, or one-of-a-kind — including our curated or custom rings.
Therefore, all sales are final unless the item is defective or not as described.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs and a description of the issue. We will work with you to resolve it.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including product images, text, design, and branding — is the property of 111 Archive and may not be copied, reused, or reproduced without written permission.
